The level of service that I received from Angie and Cody of Absolute Pest Control was exceptional in every way, and I highly recommend them!! They came right out to my house on time and did a very meticulous inspection for termites including a full inspection under the house with many photos. They were so friendly and knowledgeable and explained in detail what they would do and why. Their printed estimate was also very detailed and easy to understand and delivered the next day, and the price was very reasonable, especially with a year's guarantee of re-treatment if needed. I did need to have them come back a month or two later when I discovered another site of infestation, and they came back a couple of days after I called and treated the area and refused to charge me anything even though it was a new location that they had not treated before. Unreal! They gave me referrals to other service people (unrelated to pest control) as I am new to the area, and other helpful advice and information on dealing with bats and ants. They are so very kind and caring, and I feel like I made two beautiful new friends here in Payson! I am so grateful to have them to depend upon fully for any future pest control needs. -Aline D.

Angela and Cody arrived when they promised. After explaining what they were going to do, they efficiently and quickly went around my home and yard clearing up spider webs and applying the treatment chemicals. Once complete, they let me know they were done and told me how I could use the customer portal. It was a very good experience. I hope all the bugs paid attention and headed for the hills.

Ground nesting yellow jackets were causing some issues in our yard for us and wildlife. Called Absolute Pest Control for removal and Angie & Cody showed up that day. The yellow jacket nest was located under an old stump and they did a great job digging it up and removing it. Yes, they actually dug it up to ensure it was removed which is what I was looking for. Some other companies will not dig it up so there is no assurance that the colony has been neutralized or I should say the queen has been neutralized. Pricing is competitive with other companies. Would definitely recommend this local company to others to as they provide personal service and want to take care of the issue correctly.

We live in a very old house with lots of issues with ants, spiders, mice, pack rats and ground squirrels and they even trapped a gopher that had invaded our garden! The team assessed the situation, did what they needed to do, and did so with aplomb. It would appear that the creepy crawling things are under control.
